Born in Prato and graduated as a textile expert, Luca Calvani moved to New York at a very young age where he finished his studies and began working in the Garment District.

It was in Manhattan that he took his first steps in the world of show business. The “Fate Ignoranti” made him known to the  Italian audience, while Sex and the City made him known to an international one.

In 2019, after twenty years of work ranging from TV hosting to Hollywood blockbusters, Calvani moved to Camaiore where he created "Le Gusciane", a charming eco-resort and residence that is a container for all his passions, such as that for fragrances and for the excellence of Made in Italy.

Tuscan Cottage was born from the encounter with Siretessile and the desire to express his all-Tuscan creativity in home textiles, combining it with the prestige of the Di Maestro brand.
